bluegrass to lonestar

After a few drinks Saturday evening a breakfast taco hangover cure was in order. Normally this means Mi Madres, but we wanted to try something new. We ended up at Juan in a Million home of the Don Juan, a ridiculously large breakfast taco made of eggs, potato, bacon and cheese.  Lauren got a guacamole taco and we were able to combine them into several tasty tacos.  Without the guac it was a bit bland, but it’s a hell of a deal for that much food.
